Frequently Asked Questions

Can the integration start immediately?

Technical planning can start immediately, but production access requires written PACI approval and the official SDK or API credentials issued for your organization.

Which authentication flows are supported?

Depending on PACI approval and the issued SDK, the solution can support scanning a QR code shown by the customer, displaying a QR code for the customer to scan, or sending an authentication request to the Mobile ID app by Civil ID number.

Can customers sign documents through Kuwait Mobile ID?

Yes, when digital signing is included in your PACI approval and enabled for the customer. We can integrate the document-hash signing flow and retain the verification result and audit evidence.

Do you store a copy of every Civil ID?

Not by default. We design for data minimization: request only approved fields, encrypt necessary records, restrict access, define retention rules, and avoid retaining identity data that the business process does not require.
