Assurance & governance

Accountable technology delivery with clear controls

The approach below describes our standard delivery discipline. Project-specific security requirements, service levels, and controls are documented and agreed for each engagement.

01

Governance before development

We define stakeholders, scope, responsibilities, deliverables, and acceptance criteria before implementation. Material changes are handled through documented review and approval.

02

Architecture and integration

We assess existing systems, integration points, hosting context, and technical dependencies, then document decisions appropriate to the agreed project scope.

03

Quality and user acceptance

Testing is planned around solution features and agreed acceptance criteria. Client representatives participate in milestone reviews and user acceptance before launch.

04

Handover and operational continuity

The agreed handover scope includes documentation, knowledge transfer, and launch planning. Support, maintenance, and response commitments are defined contractually for each engagement.

Claims and certifications

This website does not claim a security certification, availability level, or data-residency commitment unless it is documented and scoped. Certifications held by cloud providers are not presented as certifications held by Najaa Technologies.

Organizations may share non-confidential security and regulatory requirements during qualification. We will identify fit, gaps, and contractual requirements before making a commitment.

For procurement and RFP enquiries

Send a non-confidential summary of the requirement, timeline, and procurement stage. Sensitive tender material can be exchanged later through a mutually agreed channel.
